Having successfully managed our own portfolio of lettings we were approached by selected clients to implement our Block Management services for both residential and commercial sites. This has become a hugely successful arm of Meadow Barn Developments and one we are exceptionally proud of.

We have been able to support our clients by providing detailed expenditure budget reports underpinned by our knowledge of property maintenance costs. Over many years we have been able to continually demonstrate an efficient use of funds in order to maintain our clients’ properties to the highest possible standards.
