At Meadow Barn Developments we carefully refurbish period and character buildings in order to preserve their existing beauty whilst giving them a new lease of life and purpose.

We also work hard to develop new properties and barn conversions to deliver modern homes that have been designed with a high level of architectural skill.

Examples such as the complete renovation of stunning listed buildings which required us to adhere to various lines of restriction and conserve the buildings original features. We regularly work closely with the planning and conservation departments of local councils to create magnificent homes and spacious commercial units.

Other examples include listed buildings converted into townhouses that preserve and enhance the original beauty of the property.

Additionally, we have refurbished and extended an old farmhouse and converted the existing barn into residential properties, including developing family homes on the same plot, all whilst maintaining the character of the original farm yard.

Other projects include the conversion of a listed Victorian school and outbuildings in a sleepy Cambridgeshire village, into 4 sophisticated homes which due to the nature of the existing building contain various quirky and interesting features.

Our experience doesn’t just include restoration projects, our portfolio of developments also includes the creation of these spacious executive homes in a village location. These have been worked on by a team of skilled architects and expert trades to create stunning living spaces.
